Baytril Antibacterial Tablets for Dogs and Cats

Baytril Antibacterial Tablets for Dogs and Cats is a broad spectrum antibiotic for use in dogs and cats. Baytril Antibacterial Tablets contain enrofloxacin. Baytril Antibacterial Tablets are used in dogs and cats for dermal infections such as wounds and abscesses. Baytril is also used in dogs for some respiratory infections and urinary tract infections (cystitis).

The recommended dosage for dogs is 5-20 mg/kg (2.27 to 9.07 mg/lb) of body weight daily. The recommended dosage for cats is 5 mg/kg (2.27 mg/lb) of body weight daily. The dose for dogs and cats may be administered either as a single daily dose or divided into 2 equal daily doses administered at 12 hour intervals.
